We rent a top-luxe brand new condominium right by a World famous wind/sky surfing paradise, 150 m from 'Los Lances' beach (500 m bright x 40 km long thin white sand beach) in the exclusive, yet charming Andalusian fishers village of Tarifa (Cadiz, SPAIN).

You and your friends or family will have at your disposal a four-story detached house:

1^st) Garage, Surfboards room and laundry corner (washing machine and drying machine).

2^nd) Living room open trough a portico, with TV, VCR and HIFI; Kitchen with state of the art appliances: vitro ceramic cooker, dishwasher, microwaves oven, vacuum cleaner,... The kitchen has direct access to a peaceful backyard equipped with a barbecue set, garden furniture and gardening tools. The garden, in turn, communicates to a tranquil city park through an Andalusian iron gate.

3^rd) 2 bedrooms (4 single beds), overlooking the sea and the garden. Complete Bathroom.

4^th) Attic suite (queen bed, and full bathroom and terrace) with an overwhelming view over the beach and sea, an island and the village.

The house is fully equipped for up to 6 guests, providing all the relaxing comfort required after the usual thrilling extreme-sport day adventures in the Tarifa waters.
